I offer coaching support to improve confidence and communication. Some people in STEM organisations find it challenging to articulate their achievements and promote themselves. They want to be able to tell people about their skills, experience and goals but don’t have the confidence to do so. They are professionally and technically brilliant and want to progress in their careers but need encouragement to promote themselves in a way that’s right for them and the business.
